The Lodge
String Creek Lodge is located approximately 15 miles west of Jefferson City, on a well maintained Cole County rural road.
The lodge itself sets back off the roadway approximately 1/4 mile and sets above a large private well stocked lake. It is isolated enough that you will only hear bass jumping
and sounds of wildlife,...no cars, dogs, or police sirens. It is not uncommon to see deer, turkey, as well as geese in the front yard and around the lake

Wile the lodge is primarily for our pheasant, deer, and turkey hunters, it has also became popular as a "week end" retreat for couples or individuals seeking the peace and quiet of the country, as well as groups seeking
"something different" for training sessions to Christmas parties!
We don't have phones, Internet, or pagers, just PEACE AND QUIET!! |
